Who can use Afrodita Cosmetics?

Afrodita Skincare Hyaluron products are suitable for use by both women and men of all ages.
If you have sensitive skin then the Chamomile Sensitive range would be the perfect choice, or perhaps you /your customers have Acne prone skin, we have a range to meet this very need.
Having been in development for over 46 years many of our customers have aged gracefully and we have a number of product ranges to meet the needs of such skin including our Ageless, Win Uplift, Perfect Code or the new 3 peptides products which achieve fantastic results.

Are your ingredients natural?

Yes. All Afrodita Skincare products are made with plant-based, all-natural ingredients and do not contain any manmade substances of any kind.

How much is shipping?

The flat rate is $20 with product shipped via Australian Post or direct from Afrodita Head Office via DHL. The standard time frame of delivery will be between 3 and 5 business days. In the case of EFT purchases, funds must be cleared first prior to shipping.

What is your return policy?

Our ‘no questions asked’ policy allows customers to give notice to withdraw from the sale within 7 days of receiving the product via the email address info@afroditaskincare.com.au. Shipping costs related to unclaimed goods or the return of goods is at the expense of the customer.

The following costs related to the agreement withdrawal or non-acceptance of the goods shall be covered by the customer:

  • Postage (according to AustPost)
  • Banking or PayPal transaction costs

Upon return, the products must be received unopened, unused, undamaged, unchanged in terms of quantity and in their original packaging. The return of goods must also be accompanied with a copy of the purchase invoice, the customer’s personal data and the transaction account where the customer would request to receive their refund delivered.

What types of skin is the Afrodita Skincare range good for?

Afrodita Skincare products are gentle enough to be used on all types of skin, including sensitive.

I have sensitive skin, what is the best product range to use?

Afrodita Skincare’s Neuro-Sensitive product line is specially formulated for sensitive skin and will provide the best natural skincare.

I have mature skin and am looking for a suitable skincare range, what would be best?

Afrodita Skincare’s 3 Peptides products provide anti-age skincare and are better than Botox facial creams.

My skin is prone to acne and breakouts, what products would you recommend?

Afrodita Skincare’s Acne line of products is the perfect solution for imperfect skin.

Why should I consider Afrodita European products over other skincare ranges?

Afrodita Skincare products are all-natural with plant-based ingredients. They are manufactured to the highest EU standards and have been in production for over 40 years in Europe. The products have a great deal of credibility, and ongoing research and development continues to expand the product line to meet the demands of today’s consumer.

Wholesalers and Stockists FAQ

How much does freight cost?

For wholesale customers, orders over $1,000 will receive FREE shipping. For orders over $2,000AUD we will include 2-hours of in-house training FREE of charge.

What are your delivery time frames?

Standard shipping will take between 3 and 5 working days.

What are your shipping terms?

A flat rate of $20 is charged for normal Australia Post packages. Express Post will cost slightly more.

Once you receive your salon exclusive natural products, please check your order immediately to ensure accuracy. If the package contains the wrong items or is missing items, please contact us via email at info@afroditaskincare.com.au no later than three days after receipt so that we can rectify the situation.

How do I pay for my order?

You can easily place your order online and pay with your credit card or with a bank transfer.

Do you offer any support or training?

For our salon and wholesale customers training and support is available. For orders over $2,000AUD a complimentary 2-hour training session will be delivered in-house for you and your team.
